Fortunately, there are ways to continue being productive in moving your case towards resolution without court intervention. Special Masters has been a long-standing settlement tool offered through the family court. More and more lawyers recommend retaining special masters privately. Now is an ideal time to take advantage of this option to get cases resolved and ready to be finalized as soon as the courts reopen. The process can be conducted using Zoom videoconferencing so that Covid-19 safety protocols are followed.
